Team work: we work very much as a team, althoughwe aren’t financially rewarded for team effort weare recognised for it in other ways. Our targets overthe 1/4 are all focussed towards team workingand the reward is for the team i.e. team night out, activity days etc.
Every team has frequent meetings to discusscurrent vacancies, candidates that have been putforward for roles, feedback from interviews and anychanges to the recruitment strategy as a result ofthat feedback. You will have a core portfolio of yourown candidates and clients, however, our teamsare set up to provide support and cover when youare away form your desk interviewing candidates, meeting clients or on holiday. It also means you candraw on each others backgrounds and experiencewhen coming up with innovative ways to approachclients staffing needs and share knowledge ofcandidates and business leads.
You are also supported by the Kellan Group support functions whose contributions areinvaluable to completing the recruitment life-cycle. Quantica has a committed accounts departmentand every team in the company has dedicatedadministrative support, allowing you to concentrateyour time to fee earn. The promotion of our recruitment service is supported by an in house marketing department.
