The role of the consultant is really fast paced and all focussed towards quality service and sales. Clock watching doesn’t exist. You can expect constant change dealing with new clients and candidates every day, with a mix of challenges between building and developing relationships and hitting your targets.
As a fee earner you will be expected to identify profit making areas, negotiate your fees, develop your client and candidate portfolios and increase your market share. All whilst delivering intuitive recruitment solutions, promoting your jobs, providing market guidance, job search advice and post placement care.
