This year's Food Manufacturing Excellence Awards is set to go all out, as the ceremony will call the glamorous London Hilton its home for one night only.
Recognising the best and brightest companies in the food and drink manufacturing business, the awards take place on November 21st. Innovation and progress within the industry are set to be rewarded at the ‘Academy Awards’ for food manufacturers.
Set to be a great occasion, the ceremony will be glamourous celebration for the industry as the curtain comes down on a difficult year for the British economy.
Some of the main themes at this year's ceremony include the key contribution of sustainability policies to profitable businesses and the role of people.
Awards categories include chilled and fresh foods, manufacturing company of the year, and meat, poultry and seafood manufacturing company of the year.
The special awards section also include includes a nod towards the most innovative small food or drink manufacturer, and the Judges’ special award.
A highly experienced judges panel will contain the likes of food technologist from Waitrose Jonathan Bayne, editor of Food Manufacture Rick Pendrous and the chairman Paul Wilkinson.
Hosted by TV’s Julia Bradbury, the evening looks to promote networking opportunities as well as celebrate success.
A who’s who of top manufacturers are likely to be at the event which could provide the ideal platform for companies looking to boost their reputation within the industry.
