Your New Job

We are looking for an experienced materials planner to help to support the day to day management of the supply chain team, to deputise as supply chain manager when needed. To ensure all system data is accurate for all products, to head up all planning and forecasting for the production 4 weeks in advance. To manage customer service for the site and help drive “world class performance”. Calculate optimum stock holding strategy for Ashford finished goods incorporating safety stock levels, run length analysis and minimising pallet holding. To monitor potential excess stock situations and take action as appropriate. To also monitor potential or actual out of stock situations and take action as appropriate. To identify improvement opportunities in the Supply Chain team and processes, ensure system data is complete for all new product development.

Your Experience and Requirements

Quantica are searching for candidates that have at least 3 years’ experience of material planning in a manufacturing environment, high level of IT literacy with extensive experience of using SAP. That also have a practical knowledge of supply chain principles, PPC, PE and other production KPI targets.
