Your New Job
As an Reliability Technician you will be tasked with the following, to determine and provide the correct maintenance strategy for the site equipment; this involves optimising preventative and proactive maintenance against reliability and cost objectives, to act as the lead for escalating maintenance or breakdown support from OEM’s, Seek and implement alternative spare parts to minimise spend, Facilitate the changes to the CMMS system in accordance with the maintenance strategy, through the use of CI tools (e.g. Root Cause Analysis), review and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance plan, Coach and train Engineers to enable effective execution of the asset care plan, In collaboration with Engineering Manager assess the effectiveness of the maintenance plan and identify any essential technical training requirements, Identify opportunities for improving line utilisation and machine reliability through the maintenance plan or CI projects and to ensure effective maintenance plans (including technical docs, Maintenance Operating Procedures), in the delivery of the Site Capital Plan.
Your Experience and Requirements
Quantica are searching for candidates that are time served engineers, Knowledgeable in manufacturing efficiency concepts (e.g. 6 losses and Line Utilisation concepts) including Asset Care Brilliant Basics Strategy and TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) knowledge desirable. To be an Expert in maintenance strategies plus operational plant experience.
